Business Analyst (Change & Integration)

Leading London-Based Investment Bank

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to:

• Own and execute individual work packages to implement the target operating model independently, under guidance of the workstream lead.
• Independently analyze complex topics and compile concise documentation and presentations to enable relevant bodies to make decisions.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows, document, refine, and execute work packages to implement the target operating model.
• Be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of the project's business analysis and requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs and the Technology team to ensure requirements and designs reflect accurate process flows and that proposed changes are fit-for-purpose.
• Assist workstream leads and subject matter experts in setting up and running workshops, deep dive sessions, and leading information gathering, data collection, and data migration processes.

Your skills and experience:

• At least 6+ years of business analysis experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical background, attention to detail, along with structured organization and execution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
• Highly driven and motivated with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire to drive change within the organization.
• Eager to learn and solve complex problems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Ideally college-educated with a bachelor's degree in Science, Management, or Finance.
