Job Description

Join a company building the literal foundation of America-our client is seeking anBusiness Analyst to lead meaningful change in their enterprise benefits systems. You'll play a pivotal role in transforming how the organization supports its people, partnering directly with business and IT stakeholders to deliver smarter, more efficient HCM solutions.

Compensation

$115,000

What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the functional expert for HCM Benefits systems

Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft environments

Translate business needs into system solutions through design, testing, and implementation

Own system configurations and daily administrative functions, including open enrollment

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on data interfaces and eligibility audits

Document and maintain benefit processes, reports, and end-user training materials

Support merger/acquisition activities with benefit system integration

What You'll Need to be Considered

3+ years of related experience.

Bachelor's in MIS, Computer Science, or related field

Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud or PeopleSoft HCM

In-depth knowledge of HR/Benefits system design and process flows

Ability to lead stakeholder workshops and map business processes

Experience managing benefit system configuration and retro-ben/arrears billing
