Business Analyst (Asset Management)

Overview

This project aims to implement a new system to manage the Council's capital assets, including:

• Investment tracking and forecasting.
• Integration with finance, housing, and property services.

Project activities

The project will involve:

• Market review and system selection.
• Implementation planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Data migration and integration with existing systems.

Qualifications and capabilities

• Knowledge of capital asset management and property lifecycle processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional specification development.
• Ability to work with finance and property teams to define reporting and forecasting needs.
• Understanding of integration points with housing and finance systems.
