Business Analyst & Marketing Strategy - 4+ months- Freelance

Hi Network, I'm currently looking for a Business analyst with marketing experience to join an exciting project opportunity at a global and prominent apparel & retail client in the NL!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate FY26 media investment performance across the full funnel, establishing clear KPIs to quantify both short-term and long-term impact.
• Identify key ROI drivers and define leading and lagging indicators to monitor effectiveness and signal when intervention is needed.
• Benchmark media performance against industry leaders, identifying areas where the organization is ahead or behind.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage external benchmarks to inform strategic insights.
• Develop a clean-sheet, data-backed media mix strategy for FY27 and beyond, grounded in FY26 performance and external inspiration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on insights, strategy, and implementation plans.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in media performance analysis, marketing ROI, or strategic planning at a good
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, including both performance and brand marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Experience working in or with large, complex, global organizations.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, media mix modelling, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity across teams.

• Location: Hybrid
• Duration: 4months + with extensions
