Job Description
Business Analyst (Product & Delivery)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with some project delivery experience to join a growing I.T. team working across products and services. This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of projects while helping translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' experience who is looking to grow with the company, develop their skills, and take on broader responsibilities over time.

The Role

You will work closely with our developers, product stakeholders, and delivery teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ongoing delivery activity. The role requires a collaborative mindset, with regular interaction across teams and occasional travel to the UK (approximately 10%) to support workshops, planning sessions, or project delivery. The ideal candidate will show an aptitude and enthusiasm for working with our team across projects including mobile applications, line of business websites, Azure Cloud services and databases, AI integration and more.

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and product requirements
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
  • Support the day to day coordination and delivery of projects
  • Work closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups, and reviews
  • Manage and maintain backlogs using Jira
  • Create process maps, flow diagrams, and visual documentation
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions, including whiteboard based collaboration
  • Contribute to ongoing product and service improvements
    • Experience & Skills
    • 2-3 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
    • Some exposure to project delivery or project coordination
    • Hands on experience using Jira
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and sprint planning
    • Experience working directly with software developers
    • Ability to produce clear flow charts, diagrams, and process documentation
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Comfortable leading discussions and working visually using whiteboards
    Nice to Have
    • Experience working in product led or service delivery teams
    • Exposure to Agile tools and delivery frameworks
    • Interest in developing toward broader delivery, product, or project leadership roles
    • Experience with using LLMs to help capture specification, create documentation, and help scope solutions for subsequent implementation by the developers
