Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in banking and a passion for data and regulatory reporting? We're looking for a French-speaking Business Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Luxembourg on a long-term contract.

This role offers the chance to play a critical part in regulatory initiatives, working closely with data models and reporting frameworks that are key to financial compliance across Europe.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyse and enhance regulatory reporting processes with a focus on Anacredit

  • Design and refine data models (conceptual and logical)

  • Work with the BIRD/IReF data models for seamless regulatory data integration

  • Collaborate with data architects, business teams, and compliance stakeholders

Essential skills:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector

  • Solid understanding of Anacredit reporting requirements

  • Proficiency in data modelling (conceptual/logical)

  • Experience with BIRD and IReF data frameworks

  • French fluency (spoken and written)

  • Work onsite in Luxembourg, a major European financial hub

  • Long-term contract starting ASAP through end of 2025
