What you'll be doing About the teamWe've been transforming our core technology and processes to ensure our business runs smoothly as we grow. You'll join a team focused on project delivery and change management, supporting the business to unlock capabilities that align with our 2030 strategy to deliver 1 billion more portions of fruit & veg through technology. As a Business Analyst, you will work across the Enterprise Services change teams to achieve this.
About the roleThis role offers the chance to deliver technology transformation projects across Supply, Manufacturing, Finance, People, Commercial, and Product. You'll be part of the Solution Architecture & Design team, working on projects from design to delivery, utilizing your full BA toolkit (requirements gathering, critical thinking, change recommendations, partnering, testing, training, change management). You will collaborate with project managers, testing teams, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:- Designing, delivering, and rolling out technology and process improvements across various departments
- Listening to business needs and developing detailed requirements for change
- Supporting prioritization and triage of incoming work
- Improving change governance and ways of working
- Managing change implementation with effective engagement and communication
- Partnering with third-party vendors and internal teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior analysts
- Experience as a Business Analyst on technology change projects, with management experience preferred
- Experience working with third-party technology vendors
- Ability to manage a small team and set high standards
- Experience across the project lifecycle of varying scales and complexities
