You will play a key role in supporting the business and technological aspects of the company. You will be responsible for business tools, compliance monitoring, and processes within the framework of business development. You will be at the heart of critical systems, managing Salesforce and Business Central while ensuring IT compliance and efficient processes. Ensure Salesforce (workflows, Salesforce Shield) and manage tickets for complex developments with the external partner and monitor ERP projects on Business Central. Actively contribute to IT compliance (ISO, SOC 2, SOX). Write process documentation, procedures, and collect evidence for controls. Manage access rights and data protection on M365 and Box. Document and generally improve business processes. Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) in Salesforce or ERP systems; a keen interest in IT governance and compliance. Perfect command of French and English. Great autonomy, versatility, and ability to quickly upskill on new processes.
