Business Analyst - ServiceNow & PMO

Business Analyst (ServiceNow) - EU - 7+ months - Remote

Want to shape smarter IT operations? Join our clients Global IT team as a Business Analyst, driving improvements in governance and project delivery across two strategic workstreams: ALM Governance and IT PMO Demand Management.

What you re doing:

ALM Governance Support (50%):

• Analyse and document ALM controls across applications
• Identify opportunities to automate or rationalise manual controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve control hierarchy and efficiency

IT PMO Demand Management (50%):

• Guide business teams through the project intake process
• Ensure demand requests are complete, measurable, and strategically aligned
• Track and report on demand submissions and prioritisation
• Liaise with key stakeholders to clarify scope and value

What you actually bring:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in IT, governance, or compliance settings
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and application hierarchy
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Exposure to project management or demand intake processes
• Valid EU Passport or visa

Bonus skills (not mandatory):

• Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments
• Understanding of IT risk and control frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT)
• PMO or project coordination experience

Contract Details:

• Start: 22nd September 2025
• Contract: Freelancer
• Contract length: 7 months + extension (confirmed)
• Workload: Full-time
• Location: Full remote from Europe (some travel may be required - travel expenses will be covered by the client if required)
• Working time: CET time zone
