Our IT Section develops, maintains, and operates a portfolio of applications that deliver state-of-the-art solutions to standardize fund processing and enhance efficiency and security in the investment funds sector. Our global funds processing platform supports all types of funds, including mutual funds, ETFs, and hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst within the Fund Services team, you will assess the impact of changes across the Investment Funds Services (IFS) IT landscape and contribute to the design of future solutions.

Your main tasks will include:

• Conducting analysis within agreed timelines and budgets for assigned projects, focusing on existing services and designing new features related to:
  • Order Routing
  • Settlement
  • Trailer Fees
  • Corporate Actions
  • Custody
  • Fund Transfers
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Billing
• Gathering, eliciting, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to both Business and IT teams, including development and architecture stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
• 3-5 years of experience in business and functional analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of requirements engineering and modelling tools.
• Understanding of the test life cycle with proven experience in test execution.
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic, change-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in UML is required; knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Business Analyst certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French and/or German are considered an asset.
