Business Analyst - East Midlands - £35k-£45k per annum

Our client, a leading supplier of business critical communications for a number of blue chip accounts, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Project Management team. This BA role will be part of project management, focusing on both internal and client facing projects.

Responsibilities include working closely with all internal business areas to capture requirements and disseminate them to internal/external development resources, validating any queries with the necessary business area.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Responsible for gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for approved business systems to support Opus Trust Marketing's business objectives and initiatives.
• Experience working with functional requirements and leading requirements gathering workshops.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, supporting with tasks as required.
• Liaise with the development teams to ensure that the specification is understood.
• Ensure documentation of requirements is comprehensive and explicit.
• Identify and maintain a good working relationship with stakeholders and business users involved.
• Support the sales team with technical tender responses.
• Manage end user documentation and online help on internal and external projects, gathering information from multiple sources such as developers, test analysts and hands on users.
