Job Description
Overview

Business Administrator based at Derby Road. The role requires strong administrative and secretarial skills and involves being the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries. You will work with the central curriculum administration team to support college processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support and respond to enquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality of outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the central curriculum administration team and other colleagues as required.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Recent, relevant practical experience and excellent organisational, administrative and secretarial skills.
  • Working knowledge of office technology packages, including word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
  • Business Administration qualification to Level 3 (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and maintain accuracy and quality of outcomes.
  • Ability to work with the team and on own initiative.
Salary and benefits

Salary: Support Band 3b, £25,000 per annum.
