Job Description

You will join our expanding independent hotel and help us maintain our reputation for excellent service. This is an excellent career opportunity for someone seeking a career in hospitality and can assist in running functions and managing day-to-day front of house operations if necessary.

You willbe responsible for:

  • Convertingsales enquiries andbeproactiveonnew sales.
  • Build andmaintainrelationships with clients and corporate accounts to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research toidentifynew opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Be in attendance on function days to ensure smooth running of the event
  • Day to day businessoperations including,Managingemails and responding to enquiries
  • Filing, scanning, andmaintainingrecords
  • Data entry and updating internal systems
  • Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Entry requirements
  • Proven experience /track recordin hotel sales and hospitality.
  • Strong communicationand negotiation skills
  • Ability to build andmaintainclient relationships
  • Proficient in sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM systems
