Job Description
You will join our expanding independent hotel and help us maintain our reputation for excellent service. This is an excellent career opportunity for someone seeking a career in hospitality and can assist in running functions and managing day-to-day front of house operations if necessary.
You willbe responsible for:
- Convertingsales enquiries andbeproactiveonnew sales.
- Build andmaintainrelationships with clients and corporate accounts to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research toidentifynew opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Be in attendance on function days to ensure smooth running of the event
- Day to day businessoperations including,Managingemails and responding to enquiries
- Filing, scanning, andmaintainingrecords
- Data entry and updating internal systems
- Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Proven experience /track recordin hotel sales and hospitality.
- Strong communicationand negotiation skills
- Ability to build andmaintainclient relationships
- Proficient in sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM systems
