Business Administration Apprentice - Logistics/Transport

Position

We're looking for a Business Administration Apprentice - Logistics/Transport to join our Inventory & Warehouse team at Wishaw Plant.

Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Inventory Manager and will work closely with the Warehouse and Transport team to prepare and issue process orders to the factory and assist with supporting administrative processes mainly in Transport outbound and raw materials inbound. This role enables production on the plant to meet targets in terms of stock levels and raw material control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue process orders to the factory
• Support administrative processes for transport outbound and raw materials inbound
• Ensure sellable finished stock is produced on time and targets maintained
• Release and close process orders while ensuring EHS and plant safety compliance
• Minimise stock outs
• Control bulk tanker operations and supplier/transport scheduling
• Deliver outbound transport as complete to customers
