Job Description

W e have an exciting opportunity to join our Health and Safety team where you will gain valuable h ealth and s afety skills and administration experi ence to kick start a career in this field , while gaining a national vocational qualification .

Key elements of the apprenticeship will involve :

M aintaining department al documentation online and hard copy .

Processing purchase or ders .

Maintaining and monitoring the Hall's accident reports , workplace inspection and audit schedules .

Be involved with health and safety inductions / training and minuting relevant committees.

Y ou will gain practical experience, and essential skills t hrough a blend of workplace learning, formal training, and hands on practice, and complete the Business Admin Level 3 Standard . You will be supported through your apprenticeship journey by our small and friendly Health and Safety Team, our external training provider and our Learning and Development Manager .

Criteria:

A genuine interest in gaining exp erience in business admin , health and safety practice and a desire to learn

B e aged 18 and over

B e eligible to work in the UK .

Please note this apprenticeship is not already educated to degree level .

We are interested in hearing from individuals who may not be in education or employment or have had setbacks in life and arenow ready to embark on a newcareer journey. This opportunity is not open to people already educated to level 4/holding a degree

Working hours will usually be 35 hours per week Monday to Friday , with occasional weekend and evening work when required . Working hours will include 1 day for training sessions and for studying , as required by apprenticeship training rules.
