PayRates:

TraineeDriver - Pay Rate: £12.60 - £14.75 perhour

£12.60 per hour - Duringtraining and mentoring (around 8 weeks).

£13.20 per hour - 6 months'probation period.

£14.75 perhour - after successful probationcompletion.

FullyQualified PCV Drivers

PayRate: £13.20 - £14.75 perhour

£13.20 per hour for thefirst 6 months of probation ( Must have 1-year of PCV experience inthe last 5 years).

£14.75after passing your probation ( Must have 1-year PCV experience tomove to a higherrate).

Pay ratesreviewed via frequent paynegotiations.

ShiftPatterns:

• 5 out of 7rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance so youcan plan around shifts.
• Mornings starting from04:00, Afternoons start from 12:00 and Evenings from 18:00 on arotational basis.
• We cannot offer fixed early,afternoon or evenings separately.
• Overtimeavailable onrequest.

Requirements:

• Beover 18 years old with at least 6 months of drivingexperience.
• Hold a valid UK driving licencewith no more than 6 penalty points.
• Pass a drugand alcohol test.
• Great customer service andcommunication skills.
• Hold a full PCV licence(if qualified PCV driver)
• CPC holder (ifqualified PCV driver)
• No more than 6 penaltypoints.
• Pass a drug and alcoholtest.
• Demonstrate excellent customer serviceand communicationskills.
