Bursaries for Tipperary Dance Festival Pro-sessions 2026

Overview

Tipperary Dance offers bursaries to attend the Tipperary Dance Festival Pro-sessions programme 2026. The programme runs from 7-10 October 2026 in Thurles, Co. Tipperary, Ireland.

Qualifications

Applicants must be a professional dance artist aged 18 or over. Most bursaries are for Ireland based artists, but one or two will be allocated to artists from outside Ireland. Applicants from outside Ireland must meet visa requirements - EU citizenship, a country allowing free circulation in Ireland, or a valid visa to enter.

What the Bursary Covers

• Self catering accommodation (bedrooms may be shared)
• Free access to all Pro sessions programmes
• Transport between studio and accommodation as needed
• Free transport to all festival shows and events

What the Bursary Does Not Cover

• Travel to Thurles
• Tickets for the festival shows
