An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bureau Manager to join a leading smart buildings and energy optimisation provider. Your mission: to grow and deliver the 24/7 BMS remote service and energy carbon bureau reporting offerings, assisting customers in understanding their utility usage, carbon emissions, and cost implications.
Role OverviewAs a Bureau Manager, you will be the primary strategist in setting the commercial agenda, monitoring operational performance, and managing the Bureau Team to guarantee outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic leadership of the Bureau Team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Deliver and implement a business plan centred on the steady expansion of the Bureau function.
- Implement fresh Bureau services, increasing revenue and enhancing client retention.
- Oversee the contractual delivery of SLAs, ensuring internal processes, legislation, and contract requirements are met.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally, build robust internal relationships, along with established rapport with supply chain partners and customers.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate service efficiency and quality to track trends, and drive development.
- Manage 24/7 bureau ticketing system, ensuring continual client building's connectivity.
- Experience in leading service teams in the energy, utilities, or public sector.
- Outstanding leadership and coaching capabilities with a strong emphasis on driving team development.
- Knowledge of Trend and Tridium (including IQvision).
- Proficient IT and analytical skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with software tools and systems, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
