Job Description

Zodiac Maritime in London seeks a General Fleet Manager Crewing - Bulk to lead strategic crewing for the Bulk fleet, currently around 30 vessels, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across shore and onboard teams.

You will develop crew strategy, build scalable planning models, and oversee pool development, succession, and training, while aligning with RightShip, DBMS, ILO/MLC and charterer requirements.
