Building Technician - M&E & Safety (Stratford)

Claibon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Technician for a large residential development in Stratford (E20). The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with one hour unpaid lunch. Salary: £41,194 per year.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, perform mechanical and electrical inspections of internal common areas, and support in maintaining mechanical systems while delivering high standards of service. Strong English and report writing are essential.
