Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor needed in Islington, £32ph PAYE - Reference: RQ

- To diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.

You will ideally have:

1. Surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).
2. Organised and proactive - able to manage your own calendar and caseload.
3. Social Housing surveying experience (not essential).
4. Ability to produce specifications of works using a schedule of rates.
5. A good understanding of building pathology, damp, mould, and condensation.

Office based.
Access to pool vehicles.

This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
