We are looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer to join us working on the Southern Renewals Enterprise. The project will span 5+5 years, involving multiple individual rail schemes across Network Rail's Southern Route (Kent, Sussex & Wessex).
The role will be within the Buildings team, which delivers projects at stations. This includes renewal, relocation, refurbishment, and upgrading of lighting, power, CIS, PA/VA, fire alarms, CCTV, Help Points, Lifts, Escalators, and telecoms.
As the Building Services Engineer, you will be an integral member of the Operations Team, responsible for the effective and efficient running of the site throughout the project delivery.
About you- Technical qualification (e.g., Degree in civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, or HND)
- Experience in delivering M&E projects within a Rail Environment
- Understanding of building services compliance with relevant codes and standards
