In total, around a hundred employees work every day on significant projects in complex fields such as industry and the pharmaceutical sector. To continue its development, Milliquet SA wishes to strengthen its technical team by recruiting a: Building Services Designer (m/f) 100%As a Building Services Designer (m/f) - Romanel-sur-Lausanne 100% MILLIQUET, you will work closely with the Project Manager, actively participating in the design and technology of projects. You will be involved in the entire project cycle, from study to implementation, with a strong proximity to hydraulic concepts in collaboration with the Project Manager; - Designing and sizing sanitary systems; - Calculating networks for drinking water, wastewater, rainwater, and gas from technical plans and diagrams (AutoCAD / Revit); - Producing execution details in accordance with current standards for internal and external meetings; - Technical follow-up of projects from the design phase to measurement; - Establishing orders for estimates and project files;- Training as a Building Services Designer or equivalent experience; - Professional experience, ideally gained within an execution company; - Excellent mastery of AutoCAD 2D (Nova is an asset); - Good command of Revit and working in a BIM environment; - Knowledge of the SNAP software is appreciated; - Experience in writing tender documents is a real plus; - A rigorous, precise, and structured individual with a good sense of organization.
