Building Services & Asset Management Officer

South East Technological University is seeking a Building Services Officer (Specified Purpose up to 30.09.2028) to support the operation, maintenance and development of the University's buildings, building services and campus infrastructure.

The role focuses on building condition surveys, asset management, AutoCAD drawings and coordinating maintenance and minor refurbishment works, while also supporting energy management initiatives in liaison with the Sustainability Team.
