Building Safety Surveyor

Due to an increasing workload, we're currently looking for a Building Safety Surveyor based in the London area, to join our Building Safety team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building safety inspections, fire safety assessments, or a similar role. Also, in-depth knowledge of building regulations, fire legislation, and current relevant guidance and standards is required for this role.

The role will involve conduct façade and Internal Fire Safety investigations/Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), and preparing written technical reports with photographs. The role will also involve carry out site visits - both on existing buildings and new builds - and prepare written reports with photographs. You will undertake FRAEWs, including peer reviews, and ultimately sign EWS1 forms for buildings between 11-18m.

Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, IFE, or equivalent) is desirable.
