Building Safety Project Manager - Flexible Work

Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking a Project Manager - Building Safety to lead fire safety remediation projects across our housing stock. You'll manage due diligence, risk assessment, budgets and delivery while ensuring resident experience and compliance with evolving regulations.

You'll coordinate consultants and contractors, monitor progress against KPIs, and communicate clearly with residents and stakeholders to keep them informed and reassured throughout the works.
