Building Safety Act Lead - Associate Director

Pick Everard is seeking an Associate Director - Building Safety Act Lead to establish and grow our Building Safety discipline. You will lead the London BSA team, drive commercial performance and quality delivery across Architecture, Engineering, Fire Safety and CDM teams.

You will set standards, advance compliance, mentor a high-performing team, and help expand our flagship projects while staying ahead of regulatory changes. This is a strategic, high-profile leadership role.
