Building Manager: Resident Experience & Operations Lead

Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking an onsite Building Manager for a small Build to Rent community in Leeds. You will be the primary contact for residents, contractors, leasing partners and visitors, owning the day to day operations and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Working with the Asset Manager, you will coordinate maintenance, manage tenancy progression, monitor compliance and support occupancy targets.
