We are looking for a: Building Manager. Context: As part of the energy transition, the maintenance and updating of buildings is essential. Responsibilities: Develop and monitor the maintenance budget for buildings. Realize approved investments. Manage building maintenance at the best costs while complying with requirements. Ensure safety rules for people and property as well as current environmental regulations. Conduct preliminary studies to establish investment plans. Carry out studies, submissions, estimates, scheduling, and monitoring of work, budget, as well as accounting for new work or updates and archive plans and files. Update the distribution of surfaces and volumes of buildings. Oversee cleaning and maintenance services of the buildings. Develop mechanical plans. Desired profile: CFC in building or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years). Mastery of Autodesk (Inventor, Autocad, and Archicad). Ease and good ability to work in a team.
