Building Fabric Manager & Compliance Lead - London Properties

Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Building Fabric Manager to oversee the maintenance and improvement of building fabric across properties in Greater London. The manager will be responsible for contractor management, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background and proficiency in MS Office and CAFM systems. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
