Job Description

Salford City Council is seeking a Building Control Group Leader to support the Service Lead, mentor registered inspectors, and manage a diverse Building Regulation workload.

Ideally Class 3 registered, degree qualified and a member of a professional body such as RICS or CABE, you will lead delivery, enforcement, dangerous buildings investigations, and out-of-hours call-outs with additional payment. The role offers leadership and service-improvement opportunities within Salford Council.
