About the Role

As a Junior Building Architect, you will work under the guidance of senior architects, assisting in the design, development, and documentation of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be involved in various stages of the design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating sustainable and aesthetically pleasing buildings. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work, providing flexibility and opportunities for professional growth. You will be expected to attend site visits and client meetings as required, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Conduct site surveys and analyze existing building conditions.
• Research building codes, regulations, and materials.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project success.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts and solutions.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design (including internships).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and project experience.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices.
