Brunch Sous Chef - Daytime Kitchen Lead, Notting Hill

We are recruiting a Sous Chef for an independent daytime café and brunch concept in Notting Hill. You will support the Head Chef and brigade of 9, with 45 hours over 5 days, all shifts between 7am and 6pm, and a £40,000 annual package (£30,000 base + £10,000 tronc).

The role is salaried, permanent, and immediate start, requiring flexibility to cover a seven-day operation. Ideal candidates will have solid Sous Chef experience or senior Chef de Partie experience in busy, fresh-food kitchens.
