Broker Manager - Asset Finance Growth (Scotland)

Asset Finance International is seeking a Broker Manager in Scotland to drive growth with brokers and develop new broker relationships. You will manage end-to-end broker engagements, shaping opportunities and presenting credible solutions for large asset finance deals.

The role requires resilience, self-management and the ability to operate at C-level with broker partners, while coordinating with internal credit and operations teams. Travel across Scotland is expected.
