Broker-Facing Commercial P&C New Business Underwriter

McNeil & Co. is looking for a Commercial Combined Underwriter to join the team in Glasgow. This role focuses on achieving income and profit objectives through efficient case underwriting services for brokers.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of underwriting experience, proven broker relationships, and excellent negotiation skills. Candidates will also need a minimum of 3 Scottish Highers or A Level standard and a full clean driving license.
