Broiler Farm Operations Lead

Chesterfield-Poultry-Ltd is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager in Horncastle to support daily broiler farm operations. You will oversee feeding, housing, environmental controls, and staff to ensure optimal growth, welfare, and biosecurity. The role requires weekend flexibility and strong record-keeping.

On-site position with opportunity for bonus. Responsibilities include monitoring flock health, maintaining production records, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across farm activities.
