Broiler Farm Operations Lead

Chesterfield Poultry Ltd is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager in Horncastle to support the Farm Manager in day-to-day broiler production, ensuring bird health, growth, biosecurity, and efficiency.

You will supervise staff, track performance, maintain records, and help with compliance, vaccine schedules, and welfare; requires Poultry Passport or equivalent and willingness for weekend work.
