Broiler Farm Manager: Lead Welfare & Performance

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a experienced Broiler Farm Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a modern Coleraine broiler farm. You will manage a small team, ensure bird welfare, biosecurity, and performance, and drive continuous improvement across farming activities.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong budgeting, record keeping, and safety focus, plus a valid UK driving licence and willingness to develop professional qualifications including NVQs.
