We are at the forefront of the industry's transition to IP-based workflows, and we're looking for a skilled and driven Broadcast Engineer with strong IP experience to join our dynamic team.

The Role:
As a Broadcast Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, support, and maintenance of broadcast systems and infrastructure with a particular focus on IP-based technologies. You'll work across live production environments, playout systems, and cloud/IP media workflows, helping ensure smooth and resilient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support broadcast and transmission systems, with an emphasis on IP-based infrastructure (SMPTE ST 2110, NMOS, AES67, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot signal flow and network issues across SDI and IP environments
  • Work with cross-functional teams on the integration of new broadcast technology, including cloud-based solutions
  • Provide technical support for live and recorded productions
  • Participate in system upgrades, planning, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with broadcast standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in broadcast engineering within a live or playout environment
  • Solid understanding of IP-based broadcast technologies and protocols (eg, ST 2110, multicast, VLANs, IGMP)
  • Familiarity with routing systems, video Servers, encoding/decoding solutions, and intercom systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues
  • Experience with cloud-based broadcast platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (eg, Cisco, SMPTE, or similar) are desirable
