Job Purpose- Deliver outstanding customer service as part of the London City team of Cabin Crew.
- Be enthusiastic about British Airways products and services, placing the customer at the heart of everything you do.

- Be aged 18 or over at time of application.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Hold a valid passport with at least 12 months before expiry, unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, and permits unrestricted global travel.
- Undergo a Criminal Record Check covering all countries of residence for the past five years and provide satisfactory references.
- Obtain and retain an airside pass.
- Be willing and able to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year throughout your career.
- Be willing and able to spend periods away from home and conduct stand by duties near your airport base.
- Wear the British Airways uniform to required standard with no visible tattoos or body piercings; visible tattoos or piercings must be covered or not visible through clothing. Plasters and bandages are not allowed.
- Be medically and physically fit to meet regulatory and role requirements; attend BA Health Service Medical Assessment if successful.
- If you have a colour vision deficit, safely pass Safety Equipment & Procedures (SEP) training and demonstrate ability to perform crew duties through a functional assessment.
- Meet height requirements: between 1.575m (5'2") and 1.85m (6'1") with weight in proportion to height and a vertical reach of at least 2.01m (6'7").
- Demonstrate CPR competency: be able to kneel astride a person, apply pressure through both arms to a depth of 5 6 cm for 30 compressions over a minimum of 2 minutes.
- Lift a 9 kg (20 lb) weight from a height of 1.95 m.
- Tread water while wearing a lifejacket and pull your bodyweight out of the water into a life raft using hand holds.
- Pull a fully laden trolley weighing up to 86 kg (13.5 st) on an incline of up to 3 degrees.
- Fit into an aircraft jump seat harness without a seatbelt extension.
- Stand in a 51 cm 51 cm (20" 20") area without impeding the evacuation route.
- Swim 50 m (55 yards), tread water for 3 minutes, and assist people in water.
- Lifts a weight up to 25 kg.
- Confidently work with heights, such as descending an aircraft escape slide 4 m above the ground.
- Remain calm, manage emergencies, and take control of people when required.
- Carry out all safety and emergency procedures on board confidently.
- Remove headwear quickly during an emergency to pull on an emergency smoke hood in required time.
- Provide information on any current or former cabin crew attestation from a Member State of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) within the last 5 years.
