Bristol Manufacturing Team Lead - Lean KPI-Driven, 2-Shift

XYZ Inc is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Manager to lead production operations at our Bristol site. You will oversee one to two lines on a two-shift pattern, managing a team of 30-60 operatives and coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and site planning to meet KPIs.

The role requires strong lean manufacturing knowledge (5S, Kaizen, OEE) and a track record of delivering production targets, safety, and people management in a fast-paced environment.
