Requirements:

The ideal person will have at least a year's experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:
  1. Ensuring immaculate set up of equipment on a day to day basis.
  2. Provide consistent level of service to customers as per Company standards.
  3. Liaise with the Head Chef as to food/restaurant service and all aspects involving the kitchen brigade.
  4. Ensure all Company standards are met regarding Health and Safety, COSHH, Security and fire regulations.
  5. Provide continuous training to help maintain a consistent high level of service.
