Job Description

Join us at The BoTree as we bring Conscious Luxury to life through every detail of the guest experience. We are seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning service within The BoTree Wellness Club, delivering a calm, energising and high-quality start to each member's day.

The Role

You will oversee the breakfast service, ensuring it reflects both premium hospitality standards and a wellbeing-focused approach to dining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising the daily breakfast operation within the Wellness Club
  • Delivering exceptional, attentive and personalised service
  • Creating a welcoming and energising morning atmosphere for members
  • Supporting and motivating the front of house team during service
  • Ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teamsMaintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and efficiency
  • Monitoring guest feedback and continuously improving the experience
  • Supporting stock control and operational procedures
About You

You are an early riser who brings energy, precision and warmth to morning service.

We are looking for
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a luxury restaurant, hotel or members club
  • Strong understanding of breakfast and daytime dining operations
  • A passion for guest experience and service excellence
  • Interest in wellbeing, nutrition and healthy dining concepts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a calm environment
  • Flexibility and reliability with early morning shifts
