Salary: £31,000 a year + Service charge (39 hours a week)

Role Overview: A Breakfast Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Café, and Room Service, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Manage food and beverage service to meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Hilton brand standards
- Effectively control customer flow and coordination between front and back-of-house during service
- Ensure Team Members maximize all sales opportunities
- Maintain brand standards and high customer service levels
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Manage Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels
