Breakfast Kitchen Lead: Craft Dishes & Mentor Team

Away Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead a kitchen section at one of our seasonal parks in the UK. You will oversee preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes for the restaurant, delegating tasks to the team and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Based in our Isle of Wight or Lincolnshire locations, you will work within a fun, fast-paced environment, supporting the Head Chef and contributing to cost controls and menu execution.
