OTE hourly rate: £17.20.

Responsibilities, Qualifications & Benefits

• Preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast and brunch dishes to a consistently high standard
• Running the breakfast section with confidence and taking ownership of the service
• Completing thorough mise en place ahead of service so every shift starts strong
• Maintaining stock, rotating produce and helping manage ordering for the section
• Keeping your station, equipment and the kitchen clean, organised and safe throughout service
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety, allergen and COSHH procedures
• Supporting the wider kitchen team and helping new team members learn the ropes
• Previous experience as a chef, ideally with breakfast or brunch service
• The energy and reliability to deliver a busy morning service, often with an early start
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen handling
• A genuine pride in quality, consistency and presentation
• A positive, calm, team-first attitude under pressure
• A willingness to learn and real ambition to progress
• The legal Right to Work in the UK
• Up to £17.20 per hour OTE
