Resort information:

Salary: £33,000 plus generous Tronc payment of £8,000 per annum

Hours: Full time 48 hours over 5 days a week

We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our highly skilled kitchen brigade. As Breakfast Chef you will play a pivotal role in the guests' dining experience by delivering high quality breakfasts using fresh, locally sourced produce. The ideal candidate should be reliable and have previous experience in a similar role at Michelin or high Rosette level.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing all breakfasts to a high standard for our hotel guests
• Assisting in the daily preparation of MEP for breakfast and lunch
• Ensuring stock within the business is managed to the agreed levels consistently and professionally, in conjunction with the Head Chef
• Liaising closely with the breakfast supervisor to ensure a smooth breakfast service
• Ensuring temperatures are taken in accordance with Food Policy
