Location: Sidmouth Seafront
Hours: 5 mornings per week, approx. 7:00am - 12:00pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + tips

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team across our seafront hotels in Sidmouth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys early starts, structured shifts, and being part of a close-knit team delivering high-quality breakfast service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking fresh breakfasts to order
• Managing a smooth and efficient morning service
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast kitchen
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Supporting with basic prep for later services where required
• Working closely with the wider kitchen and front of house team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a kitchen environment (breakfast experience ideal but not essential)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service
• Strong organisation and cleanliness standards
• Reliability and punctuality (early starts are key)
• A positive, team-focused attitude
