The Person:

• Proven Experience in a similar culinary role.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for food and an eye for detail

The Role:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of breakfast items
• Manage and supervise staff when required
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation to ensure no cross contamination
• Adhere to food hygiene standards
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests when encountered
• Contribute to controlling costs and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
