Bread Production Lead & Innovation Architect

Scéal seeks a visionary Production & Craft Lead to helm our bread program at Wilton Park. You will oversee fermentation science, shaping, baking, and final garnishing, while driving menu innovation and brand quality.

You will mentor and grow a high-energy team, build scalable systems, and partner with Operations to recruit and onboard new talent. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role in a fast-growing bakery.
